From the moment I arrived in the morning staff were extremely courteous and welcoming.  The refreshments provided throughout the day were very well received and it gave the course participants an opportunity to network and talk through what we had been shown during the session.  The organisation of the day was impeccable.  I left the course knowing a lot more about some of the basic applications of Photoshop.
